Don't forget that CrossFit 949 is hosting FREE Saturday workouts at 9AM! All skill levels are invited for everyone to be able to participate.
Also, CrossFit 949 will be at Baby Beach on Sunday morning at 9AM for another beach workout that
includes land and water training on Stand Up Paddles or 6 man Outrigger Canoes. Again, no experience is needed but please bring a towel and swimwear and arrive early for instruction and waivers. Have a great weekend!!!

"The Lovely 150"
In teams of 3 people, complete the following:
Rules: While 1 person is working the other 2 team members are resting. No 2 people can be working at the same time. Once the single team member stops or rests, another member of the group must pick up to continue work. Teams must run together and cannot begin counting reps until all 3 members of the group have arrived in the gym.
AMRAP in 25 minutes
800M Indian Run
150 Ring Dips
150 Box Jumps (20")
150 Knees to Elbows
150 Air Squats
150 Thrusters (45/35#)
